Imdaad Foundation in Kulgam
A green agricultural belt of rice and apple in south Kashmir, Kulgam's fields feed many but not every home within them. Your gift reaches the families left behind.
South Kashmir
Why Kulgam needs support
Kulgam lies in south Kashmir, a densely cultivated district of paddy fields and apple orchards fed by streams off the Pir Panjal. Agriculture is the backbone of life here, and most households depend directly on the land.
That dependence is also a fragility: landless labourers, families of the sick, and those who have lost an earner have little cushion when a season goes wrong. Our work in Kulgam centres on livelihood and ration support, orphan care, and medical aid.
