Cancellations and Refunds

We understand mistakes happen. Here's how you can request a refund for a donation.

Donation Refunds

If you made a donation by mistake and wish to request a refund, we are here to help. Kashmir Imdaad Foundation will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a donation:

  1. Visit our office during office hours (see below)
  2. Bring a valid ID and, if available, the donation receipt or transaction reference
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request to our staff
  4. We will assess your request and respond within 5–7 business days

Refunds cannot be processed over the phone or email for security reasons. You must visit our office in person during the hours listed below.

Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
